I'm on the road to drop 20 lbs. I workout 5-6 days a week but didn't really see any movement on the scale until I started counting calories. I'm 42 and I guess my metabolism doesn't work like it used to. Intense workout is not enough for me anymore.0

As we age our metabolism slows by, approximately 100 calories; a decade! Beginning in, our 20's!0 -
