    I have the same problems the carbs can get out of control if you eat more than a handful :/

    Not keto here but chips and homemade bread.

    I eat these only when at friends/family gathering and I have help eating the rest:). Sometimes I eat chips when going out to eat.

    One day they will come home with me because I will win!!!

    for me its the jaffa cakes, I will eat the whole package in one sitting. I cannot buy those things anymore, because they will never last a day in the pantry
