    Yes, it is an ongoing process. Some (including myself) have skipped a couple of log in but it doesn't mean I'm not looking at everyone's WONDERFUL progress. It gives me so much motivation to stick with it and keep going.

    I've learned lots more about what I can eat and what I can't eat this time I've been logging and trying to shift pounds.

    Turns out not the slightest bit of chedder cheese must pass my lips, however a couple of teaspoons of grated parmesan is fine. White wine is out of the question but red is OK for me. Also I can only eat carbs if I earn them. Eg if I go to RPM first thing on a Saturday and burn 400 calories I can have a pasta dish in the evening. I'm really on a learning curve - I hope this helps if anyone else plateaus or finds they put on in a week but feel they worked really hard
