Thank you for all the kind words! To answer a few questions:
What do I eat? I typically keep my calories between 1100 and 1300 each day. I follow macros and keep my levels at 40% protein, 35% carbs, and 25% fat. I am not much of a meat eater so I try to get protein from other sources like beans and tofu. I also drink a premier protein shake daily.
What are my exercises? I exercise 6 days a week. Typically I do 4 days of running. Usually about 3 miles. I do 4 days of group power which is a weight lifting class that uses the barbell and handweights.
