Going down steadily at one pound per week. Keeping up with crossfit twice a week. The IIFYM diet is going well. I can't believe I am losing weight eating around 1400 calories daily. It feels good to be able to eat really filling foods. Tried making protein banana pancakes this morning. Not the best looking, but they were yummy! This week, I will work out a couple more times at home and see if I can bump that loss up to 2 pounds.4 -

Challenges for the week: getting used to a 300k decrease in target calories. It forced me to plan my meals more carefully and exercise more but I am close to my goal. I am so tired of being over 200 and this is really motivating me! Can't wait for onederland

31 days... 31 pounds? OK, unrealistic, but I've been averaging almost a pound a day up until this morning and the thought of losing weight slower than that is really unappealing. I'll shoot for 12 and hopefully smash tf out of it.

2 days with calories off the charts dealt me a real setback.
First a birthday celebration, and then injuring my back (and wanting the comfort foods). Worst of all is that I was under my goal yesterday by 200 calories and my weight still went *up* this morning from yesterday morning. I can't even understand how that happened. Definitely not hitting that March goal now, as that would require 10 pounds dropped in a week. Now I'm just hoping to make it back to 275.
