This is a fab challenge and i'd love to join if not too late?

Hi! I would like to join. I'm starting back in after some medical problems this last year. I'd like to walk and/or do some yoga everyday, as well as log in everything I eat.
Age- 53
Starting weight- 194.4
Current weight- 193.2
Goal weight- 165 (At least for now. Haven't been there in a long time!)1 -
I'm in!! Just want to feel healthy, currently the heaviest I've been, and missing my youth. I need to be accountable without beating myself up.

Walked 45 on the treadmill and a short walk outside. Have to work tonight 8pm-8am. Really have to try hard not to snack to stay awake. My favorite is coffee and muffins but I always bring fruit.2

Cleaned basement and house for two hours this evening. Basement was a mess and needed straightening. Didn't know would take me that long but happy that I got it done and kept going ☺️

Today I come home and started cleaning house and doing laundry. Spent an two and half hours, pushed to keep going and find things to do. Lol1 -

I did 70 minutes worth of gardening today- pruning shrubs and weeding!

42 minutes of HIIT today and 1 minute of plank and extra squats(I do them during the commercials) just cause I can. I didn't eat enough today so I need a bigger dinner to get to my minimum/maximum calories for the day. I might eat some extra protein.
A question for the group...do you eat your workout calories back?1 -

March 21st: Didn't get my walk in this morning and now we've got a hurricane going on outside my door. Haha.

I did some walking today and went bowling with the family this evening. Does it count as exercise if I was eating pizza while doing it?2

-155 this morning... Barbell class on Tuesday, I'm sure it's water weight... I am SO sore, I'm sure my muscles are holding on to all the water they can to heal!

I love HITT - hope you had a good workout!
Sometimes I eat back my exercise calories but not often. The most id normally eat back is 100 of them. But I think it just depends how hungry you are. If you need to eat then eat :-) :-) :-)1 -

Sometimes I do if I'm still hungry. It also depends how many calories I burned. If I burn over 300 I definitely eat some of it back.0 -

Hi everyone, I would like to join also...better late than never. This will be my first challenge. I've been on MFP for over 2 years, lost 45 lbs. and want to add something different to spice things up. I'm in the homestretch of this journey and don't want to lose focus.

Goal for this challenge : 140
Ultimate goal : to become a sexy senior citizen

Exercise this week:
Monday - 51 minutes combination of walking and KettleBell
Tuesday - 22 minutes, combination of Elliptical and KettleBell
Wednesday - 53 minutes combination of walking and KettleBell
Thursday - 7 minutes KettleBell (I was a slacker)
Friday - 18 minutes elliptical and will do KettleBell later
