I can't believe I'm going to say this but I am disappointed in this weeks weigh in. I was happy to hit 30lbs down, but last night was my first binge since I started back in January. I know my weigh in would have been better if that hadn't happened last night. Back on track today though!
You are doing awesome. Please enjoy yourself from time to time. I am not saying to throw away all of your good habits but enjoy your success. I have a piece a fudge every weigh in day and then get back on track.3 -

Unfortunately last month was wasted didnt maintain the loss, have lost control of my eating and recording. Hopefully can get it back under control this month.
4th :58.4kg/128.4lbs - still going up, but at least my measurements are not.
11th :55.8kg/122.7lbs - finally, now to keep it going
18th :55.9kg/122.98lbs -went away for weekend and didnt monitor what I ate. Not as bad as I expected.
25th :55.4kg/ 121.88lbs - better Have actually been jogging a bit this week, a first for me.

I'll check again tomorrow. I jumped on the scale this morning and it was lower. I'll take it. I only lost 3lbs last month but think I might make it to 5lbs this month if I stay on this track.

Officially 10lbs lost from when I started my weight loss journey on 1/2/17 I'm enjoying this slow weight loss approach. I don't have to go on any diets to lose weight. I don't have to go to the gym everyday to lose weight. I can walk and count my steps, eat what I enjoy in moderation, count my calories and still lose weight. Now this is sustainable! I'm easily bored eating the same meals. So I enjoy experimenting in my kitchen and cooking meals from different countries. I'm looking forward to starting my weekday weight training. I know I have muscles somewhere I've just never seen them

Waist( narrowest): 29in ( -1inch)
Waist (belly button): 31in (-1.5in)
Hips: 47.25 (-0.25in). It's going to be a battle with these hips. Oh the struggle!
I started a very lite 15 mins weight training every other day this week. I bought a pair of 5lb dumbbells. I'm doing some up upper and lower body stuff indoors. I'm just trying it out to see if I can keep up.
3/12/17- 164.5lb (-0.5)
Total loss/gain March: 2.5lbs ( halfway to goal. 3 weeks to go )
I haven't updated in a while.
3/19/17: 165.5 ( +1lb) I'm assuming this had to do with my ovulation. I did increase my steps to 15000-17000 day and also ate 100-200 above my daily calories limit. But I maintained my deficit between 300-700 calories ( average 500).
3/26/17: 163.5 (-2lb) I'll take that! TOM is next week so I'm bracing myself.
Hopefully by end of March I will finally be in the overweight category for BMI.

Bad eating of junk food, fast food has caught up to me. I also made my return to the guy for the first time in over a month after being really sick.
So a combination of eating, working out 6 days straight, and not drinking enough water has caused my increase in weight.
Is this an excuse? No, just have to push harder at the gym, and somehow cut out junk food, and fast food. I still have 6 days left in March to lose weight!!
