Early Morning Workouts

That's really early! I think you'd have to adjust your bedtime to compensate for it. I used to get up at 5am and be on my treadmill by 5:30, but it sucked. I found if I stuck to it the easier it got, but if I skipped a morning suddenly it sucked all over again.

I'm also a recent convert from late nights, no gym workouts because I'm tired after work, to early mornings. I only leave 20 minutes to leave the house in the mornings so I only have time to get dressed and leave. That leaves no room for the snooze bar. If I snooze I wake up enough to start making excuses. I have to get up and start getting ready immediately because there's no time. It works over and over, I apparently can't think myself out of it fast enough. Take advantage of your sleepy self! I'm halfway through my 5:35 am class before I start wishing I was in bed and I'm home and energized for the day by 6:15. It's actually pretty fantastic.
Good luck!1
