    You look great!! I started at 257 and got to 204.. But I keep bouncing from 215 to 204... Since July of last year.. I'm back at 215, but I'm pushing now to lose 70-80 more pounds... I'm amazed at your results..I'm going to add you, you are inspirational!

    I've only worried about calories so far but I think I'm about to try to start tracking (and dropping) carbs. I've focused more on mindful eating, eating slowly and not being super restrictive when it comes to food so far but I'm ready for a fat loss boost!
