    Current weight 84.5 kg, 2kg from my first goal.
    First goal: 82.5kg (13stone)
    Second goal: 81.3kg ("normal" BMI)
    Third goal: <80kg (sevenderland?)
    UGW: 78kg (10kg lost)

    My two mini-goals are the 5K this weekend, and doctor's appt on Tuesday. The goal is to eat clean and stick to my macros, log everything, get another swim in this week, and have great news at the appointment. I'd like to be safer into the 170's for the appointment and have great news about a lower BMI and BF%.

    2 mini goals right now - to have my workout shorts fit looser and to maintain going to the gym 5-7 days per week!

    Losing 10% of my starting weight, and doubling the amount of lengths I can swim in the pool :)

    Mini goal is getting into the 130s and I'm so close! I've gotten down into the 130s a few times in my adult life but can never stay there for long...idk if I'm so proud that I just get comfortable or what. I'm 143 with a goal of 105-115(?) so I'll still have quite a ways to go til ultimate goal, but being in the 130s is always a joyous thing for me:) Btw I'm 5'0 so 105-115 is totally reasonable;)

    My goal for this week is to eat 25 grams of fiber everyday this week. 5 days down, 2 to go.

    my mini goal is a vegas trip for my birthday in May! Want to be able to actually enjoy the pool time in a swimsuit!

    My losses are slowing the past 2 weeks, but I am not surprised since I am at a weight where I lingered a few years. I hit my 20 lb loss this week (right in time for my 10 day Italy trip next week!) and when I return, I need to pick up where I left off the rest of April.

    Then, May it's ON again!
