INSANITY Before and After Results (With pictures)

I just completed my first round of Insanity!

Starting
> Current
121 lbs 115.3 lbs = -6 lbs
26.5 waist 24.5 waist = -2 inches
34 hips 32 hips = -2 inches
21.5 legs 20 legs = -1.5 inches
25% body fat 22% Body fat! = -3%

Since I know I don't have a ton of weight to loss, I am satisfied with my results! I would totally recommend insanity to anyone who's thinking about it. I plan on switching things up for a little bit with chalean extreme/turbo fire hybrid but will def be back for another round of insanity :) I didn't follow the nutrition plan of insanity entirely, but I did incorporate five small meals a day of equal calories. I kept my calories around 1200 and ate back all my exercise calories!

*I am looking to keep losing more body fat to get more tones..so I set my food diary to public. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated !
