I did forget to weigh in yesterday. It's been a rough week. I've had some personal stuff happening, so it hurts to see that I gained, and I don't think I'll make it to the 5 lb goal this month. Bleh.

Doesn't look like I'll get below 200 this month. Weight loss is starting to slow down, probably putting on muscle. I'll be lucky if I get to 204 by end of month which would be 7lbs this month. Definitely starting to see gains though!!7 -
I'm using my weight "trend" number from Libra (which cuts out daily fluctuations, but is also slow to acknowledge weight loss...and plateaus)

I went back to marital arts and heavy lifting this last week.... It will take a couple weeks for the pump/water to reduce and "woosh". Great to get back to it though!6 -

Not a great last week unfortunately. I ended up plateauing this week, but I've also not been massively strict with myself in terms of eating chocolate.
However, I reached my March goal, which I'm very proud of. Now, I need to refocus myself and tackle a new goal for April.3 -

Cumulative loss for March: 3.5 lbs. I am happy with that. Today's weight 220.5.
Total cumulative loss: 11.6 lbs., using the averages.
Ultimate goal:180. I haven't seen that number in 3 decades. Keep me accountable.

Sadly the combination of over eating, and going to the gym on and off this week my weight has yo yo.
It was down to 160 lbs earlier in the week, now back up to about 162.5 - 163 lbs. I have a dial scale so hard to get exact weight measurement.

-Not going to lie, feeling a bit frustrated at the slow decline that's happened the past four months. Guess I've just hit that point in this journey and am trying to focus on how slower loss is better, yada yada.
-The number I am feeling rather good about is in this past month I've lost an inch all over (1 inch off bust, 1 inch off waist, 1 inch off hips, 1 inch off thighs, 1 inch arms)! It's the encouragement I needed this morning, and I'm going to make a point to take measurements once a month.
-I started lifting in earnest with my husband this month. I feel stronger and my balance is a bit better, but I'm more pleased with thing allowing me to spend more time with him.
