Not a great last week unfortunately. I ended up plateauing this week, but I've also not been massively strict with myself in terms of eating chocolate.
However, I reached my March goal, which I'm very proud of. Now, I need to refocus myself and tackle a new goal for April.

    Starting weight : 165 lbs
    Current weight : 163 lbs
    March goal : 158 lbs
    Ultimate goal : 118 - 125 lbs

    3/5: 160 lbs (-3 lbs)
    3/12:160 lbs (0 lbs)
    3/19:160 lbs (0 lbs)
    3/26: 163 lbs (+3 lbs)
    3/31: 163

Sadly the combination of over eating, and going to the gym on and off this week my weight has yo yo.
It was down to 160 lbs earlier in the week, now back up to about 162.5 - 163 lbs. I have a dial scale so hard to get exact weight measurement.

So I will see what April brings!

    Starting weight - 250
Challenges starting weight (Dec 2016)- 215.8

    March starting weight - 206.6
    March goal - 201.6

    Ultimate goal - 165

    3rd: 207.2 (+.6)
    10th: 205.4 (-1.8)
    17th: 204.6 (-0.8)
    24th: 204.6 (0)
    31st: 204.0 (-.6)

Total difference in March: -2.4 lbs

-Not going to lie, feeling a bit frustrated at the slow decline that's happened the past four months. Guess I've just hit that point in this journey and am trying to focus on how slower loss is better, yada yada. ;)

-The number I am feeling rather good about is in this past month I've lost an inch all over (1 inch off bust, 1 inch off waist, 1 inch off hips, 1 inch off thighs, 1 inch arms)! It's the encouragement I needed this morning, and I'm going to make a point to take measurements once a month.

-I started lifting in earnest with my husband this month. I feel stronger and my balance is a bit better, but I'm more pleased with thing allowing me to spend more time with him.

I couldn't either so I searched by author and found it. I am on my phone and cannot link it or I would.
