Mini goal is getting into the 130s and I'm so close! I've gotten down into the 130s a few times in my adult life but can never stay there for long...idk if I'm so proud that I just get comfortable or what. I'm 143 with a goal of 105-115(?) so I'll still have quite a ways to go til ultimate goal, but being in the 130s is always a joyous thing for me:) Btw I'm 5'0 so 105-115 is totally reasonable;)4

I just got to my mini goal of being in the 150s for my sister's bachelorette party this weekend! Next, looking to the 140s (and a healthy BMI!!!) when I graduate from law school at the end of May. After that, I'm running two Disney races (two course challenge) in November over Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend. I'd love to be at 135 (ultimate goal) that weekend.7

I was bad in March. Went to the gym only upto 5-7 days. No Zumba either. Something or the other just kept cropping up.
My minigoals for April are
1. go to the gym for at least 20 days
2. take all 8 Zumba classes I have already paid for
3. reach up to week 5 in C25K
4. cover 4km in 30 mins
This is the plan right now. Hope I do well this month.6 -
My mini-goals...
Being 205 (lightest I've been in 7 years -since pre-kids)
Onederland
As much as possible for celebratory shopping trip on 19th March
Another 1.5 stone lost for 10th wedding anniversary in Aug6 -

That would put me at 79.9kg. Don't think I was ever that light as an adult. Still 8kg off healthy BMI, but considering I started at 115kg... I'd say not bad.
Bike the 7km to the nearest grocery store and back (bike's ordered... can't wait to get it!)
Still working on it. Still at the same bloody weight as when I posted this over a month ago...
Bike was a bad fit. So returned and new one ordered. *rollseyes*1 -
just hit the 240s and 70 pounds lost next weight mini-goal is 244.4 = 75 pounds lost!15

Mini-goal achieved: New low weight is 199.2, crossing into Onederland!! Celebrated by getting a couple of fitness-related items, including a phone mount for the rower, to help pass the time on longer rows.
Next goal: A healthy bodyfat percentage, which will occur at 185 lbs. I'll celebrate by getting my body fat tested in a Bodpod for a closer estimation of what my final goal should be.11 -
My goal for this week is to eat 25 grams of fiber everyday this week. 5 days down, 2 to go.4
-
my goal is to get to a size 10 jeans and feel good in it5

Mini goals! Never thought of this idea! I'm gonna give it a shot - first mini goal for me will be to have fasting blood sugar reading under 150. Getting close!7

my mini goal is a vegas trip for my birthday in May! Want to be able to actually enjoy the pool time in a swimsuit!4

My losses are slowing the past 2 weeks, but I am not surprised since I am at a weight where I lingered a few years. I hit my 20 lb loss this week (right in time for my 10 day Italy trip next week!) and when I return, I need to pick up where I left off the rest of April.
Then, May it's ON again!4 -
Finally hit my first mini goal this morning. Lost 30 lbs, now on to next mini goal lose 20 more pounds15

Funny, I don't have a mini goal, but maybe I should start making them now that you gave me the idea. I turn 40 in July and my long-term goal is to show up at my party as a new person! I'm doing that by logging my meals, prepping my food in advance, and exercising. Short-term???? Getting down in the 160s....I started in the 180's and now I'm in the 170's....so right now I'm not thinking about clothes, I just want to be in the 160's once again and then keep working my way down. Add me as a friend.9

I hit my first mini goal of getting under 200!!! Next goal is for my April 28 physical. 8 more pounds and healthy blood work!!15
-
Drop into the 170's!7

April goals!
To be on the 13th week of my 10K trainer. I'm currently on week 9.
Lose 10 pounds in April. (This was my mini goal for March and I seriously failed at it. I'm blaming my sickness and also maybe some misunderstanding my new Fitbit. For a while there I had it set to lose weight exceedingly slowly.)
If I lose those 10 pounds I'll be able to fit into my spring closet much better!6 -
Missed my March goal by 1.6 lbs.
April goals: get fully out of the 140's. 7.6 lbs away... To be out of "danger" of the scale going up and down .5 lbs and landing me back in them. Also need to continue with C25K with my son. We should only be 2 weeks from completion by then.6 -
1. Get under 200. Today I was 200.4...so, maybe tomorrow?!??
2. 20+ lbs down by May 12.14 -
I need to get out of this mental plateau I've been stuck on since Jan 1. I've bounced around as low as 195 (after a 3-day intestinal bug) and as high as 203 but averaging right around 201. Will stick to plan for 3-4 days and then binge. Sure I'm maintaining, but not in a healthy way. So my next mini goal is to figure this out and move past it.11

I am rooting for you Sarah. I know just how you feel. The last few pounds have been a bit of a struggle. I hope you get back on track, soon.4 -

Cuz that 10K I'm registered for is in 15 days!
As soon as I got home from work, I changed my clothes and walked that treadmill! Then Sat. and Sun. walked dog 3 and 3.56 miles respectively.
My goal is to beat my 2016 time for the same 10K event, this year on April 1. Hoping the snow stays away too!
Mission accomplished! I walked in the Badger State Brewing 10K this morning with a time of 1:35:42....that's 2:05 faster than last year's event. Average pace of 15:26 / mile. I am so happy!10 -
Mini goal is to drink 2.5 L of water a day and 8 hours sleep6
-
Getting out of the obese bmi. 7.6 pounds to go.9
-
I have two mini goals that feel like major milestones I expect to reach this month:
1. Run a mile
2. Lose 100 lbs
I'm seriously excited about both.14 -
Still trying to get 10 pull-ups in a row. I'm up to EIGHT!14
-
Haven't seen my mom since September 2015. I've lost 40 pounds in 2016.. I see her in 35 days. I'd like to loose another 10 before I see her.. Not sure if that's realistic or not but I'm going to try!14

I'm rooting for Everyone. These mini goals are what is keeping me sane through the process. I just hit the mini-goal of 10% of my starting weight!! I am pretty jazzed about that. Now I just have to maintain that loses while working towards the next one which is 2.2 lbs from here. Doesn't seem like much but these days, things are moving SLOWLY. If I make it, it will be the lowest I have weighed since having kids 11 years ago.....8
