What bad habit are you currently trying to break?

It can be anything from biting your nails or hitting the snooze button too often! Mine is silly, but I have an addiction to Q-tips, and I use them every day. To the point where I have caused myself multiple ear infections, but I just don't quite. Today is day one of trying to break it! Lol

    Excessive drinking

That's one I have been struggling with lately, as well. I'm finally at a point where I no longer crave a beer every day after work. It's a tough one to break, but definitely do-able.

I'm here if you need some support. I could use some myself with this very issue.

    I have no bad habits.

We are basically like identical twins except a few insignificant details. Btw, did I tell you that Isabelle e. Vincent is mine too?

The easiest person to lie to is ourselves.

I'm working on not sugarcoating my actions and being honest with myself.

This is awesome and I wish more people would do this.

Oooooh yeah, that's a good one! I do that too. Definitely need to work on not overthinking and worrying to the point of making problems out of nothing.....

Me, too! I overthink situations to the point where I'm wondering how they'll affect my life in 5 years, when it would actually be completely irrelevant...

Seems that overthinking is quite a shared problem. Good to know we aren't alone

Milo's Splenda tea - I get hooked on a beverage and I can't stop. (Milo's is an Alabama thing, pick your poison though. Splenda, tea, water, done.)
