    Wow you are awesome! You are at the weight I am aiming for. I have Insanity and I have attempted it...then got my butt kicked lol And just couldn't keep up with it. So I am finishing the 30DS and then....hopefully I will be up for Insanity. Thanks for the inspiration! Oh and can I ask how tall you are?

    You look fabulous! Insanity is hardcore! I tried it and was like omg this is for people who are in shape lol. I checked out your diary, looks good,I would add a protein shake in there after your workouts.

    I did the same thing started with some jillian michaels DVDs and worked my way up to insanity lol

    I am 5'2"ish

    Drop carbs down, raise protein intake. More protein more chance to strengthen and build muscle which gives you the "toned" look you want versus carbs which help retain water.

    ugh I was afraid I had to cut my carbs lol... I use whey protien sometimes after workout. Is it too much to drink that daily?
