Right now I just use an app (pedometer) on iphone but I can't always carry it around at work so I'll be investing in a fitness watch (inexpensive because I can't really afford to get an expensive one right now).

    I don't use anything.

MFP has my daily activity steps included in my base calories.

For anything else, a purposeful fast walk for exercise, I just use the MFP entry.

I have used an old pedometer to get my pace for walking 10k races, but that is usually a week at the begining and a couple of days st the end of my training cycle. I don't bother with that anymore though.

    Cheers, h.

Oh I have looked at the step counter on my phone. It gave me 200 cals for about 23000 steps

FitBit Blaze. I don't use it to modify intake though, as it's always overestimated burn for me. I just use it as a baseline for a minimum distance that I want to move each day.

I just bought this last week. It was only $30(with tax).... I love it! Comes in black and pink, very comfortable to wear and easy to use. Good luck! ijp4rdkmzt6n.png
