    OK, been pretty wacky the last week. Not sure if I forgot to post last week, or if my post went poof! I've been a bit MIA because having eye surgery last week so I haven't been too active online, but hope to catch up very soon. Keep up the fabulous work everyone!

    02/20 141.2 :# ouch! Back on the wagon.
    02/27 138.6 :) Wagon is rolling again (even though I know some of that is travel weight)!
    03/06 138.4 painfully slow, but still a loss
    03/13 135.2 :D BAM!! Actually my Friday weight, but am traveling, so no scale ... I'll take it!

    I decided to post today because it is my one year anniversary from when I began my weight loss. I am one pound away from reaching a (merely) overweight BMI. I am so glad I made the decision to make these changes in my life. It has been painfully slow at times but it is so worth it! Keep moving forward everyone, WE CAN DO THIS!
