Day 4: Triceps ✅ rest day for Oblique
Day 5: Oblique ✅ rest day for Triceps

I'm not going to be taking any rest days since Easter weekend we're going away for a couple days.

Full Body/Obliques/Tricep
Day 01: Done/no burpees
Day 02: Done/burpee w/o push up
Day 03: Done/burpee w/o push up
Day 04: Done
Day 05: Done

Day 1: 2 triceps; 1 oblique
Day 2: 2 triceps; 1 oblique
Day 3: 2 triceps; 1 oblique (injury work around) might have to rest tomorrow
Day 4: Rest Day. Went to therapy yesterday for neck issue...forced rest day today. Will see about tomorrow.
Day 5: Triceps done: Oblique done.1 -

My stomach muscles were really sore on my run today, that must mean that they have been working hard on this challenge.1 -

Does anyone know how I can save this to my challenges in mfp? Does any one know how to get calories burned for each exerciseof the challenge?0

If you click the "+" button right next to the diary and then click exercise it will ask you if you are doing cardio or strength. You might be able to find everything there.0 -

If you're talking about the challenges from the main menu, I think those are only corporate sponsored MFP partnerships. This isn't a group, per se. To find us quickly, touch/highlight the star at the top right of the discussion.
Months ago I stopped trying to log each individual exercise, it was too daunting. I think most of us just record the minutes we spend as calisthenics or circuit training.

Days 5, 6 and 7 of Killer done - I was dreading burpees doubling on day 6 but fortunately my determination doubled too! We can do this! Have a great weekend everyone!1
