    Not sure yet. I had X-Rays done last week. My doctor is referring me to an orthopedic doctor. It was affecting my workouts. How am I supposed to get a nice tight *kitten* if I can't squat? LOL!

    Getting older does hurt. I hope everything works out ok with your hip and shoulder.

    I won't post the videos here because some jerk will come along and flag me, but go to YouTube and search booty without squats. You will find some exercises that will work for you
