Explain the oatmeal pancakes. That sounds really good.0 -
My sister hooked me on Kodiak Cakes high protein pancake/waffle mix. Between that and eggs/potatoes or homemade French toast, I rotate between those 4 as the core of my breakfasts.1

I'm a cold cereal girl. 1 1/2 cup Cheerios (plain) with a banana cut up in it and 1 cup skim milk.
Special K makes a flatbread breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg & cheese) which I eat if I'm on the go.

2 cups liquid egg whites
1 cup 2% cottage cheese (4% is fine, too, but it bugs my stomach)
.5 cup shredded/crumbled cheese of your choice
.5 cup meat or mushrooms
1.5 cup spinach or 1 cup chopped other vegetable
So many options.
It usually works out to be about 200 calories for a quarter of the quiche.
Here is my bacon, sharp cheddar, and spinach breakfast today
(topped with Frank's hot sauce of course)
Holy crap that looks good! I am obsessed with quiche!! (and eggs in general) I'm definitely going to make this week.1 -

I'm kinda boring, I make a pot of steel cut oats and mix up the fruit I add to the pot. Usually top a portion with a couple eggs or an omelet. Sometimes it's leftovers for breakfast or instant oats with BP or yogurt.1

Oats all the way I look forward to my breakfast every day0

I always grab a bowl of oatmeal with some brown sugar at work, but on weekends I tend to like eggs, spinach, onions, topped with sriracha or tapatio. Mmmmmm! This morning though was oatmeal with two sliced bananas on the side sprinkled with cinnamon.1
