    Didn't lose as much as I thought I would this week so a little disappointed. I stuck to my food plan and tried to really hard not to go over. Oh well, hopefully next weigh in will be a little better.

    Targets for last weekstaying same

    1 kg to loose - I lost 0.8kg 1.5 pound nearly :smile: in second week lost 3.5 pounds huray

    20 km run per week I only had 2 runs 12.06+8.78= 20.84 in second week done 12+7.3+11.7+7 = 38 km :)

    Stay eating healthy and 8 glasses of water - I think I done well I didnt eat much on sunday as I got bad news

    Successes/struggles this week: Did quite well for the most part in regards to eating within my limit, and I only had one day where the hunger pangs were hitting me real hard (from the moment I woke up, no less). As for struggles, being inactive due to my back problems still sucks when all I want to do is get out to the gym.

    Successes / struggles this week: I bust through my plateau!! FINALLY! I was stuck at 180 for SO long and made a few changes that (obviously) helped kick start things again!! Still struggling with minor injuries and peri menopause symptoms. All-in-all a great couple of weeks!

    Successes / struggles this week: I overindulged this past weekend because it was my husband's birthday. I should have said no to the cheesecake... but I just couldn't help it, lol! But back in the saddle today. Started today with a 3 mile walk, hit my fitbit step goal by 3:00pm! Super motivated to kill it this week. I'm fairly certain I'm holding some water weight, so we'll see if I have a bit of a "woosh" in a few days.

    Successes / struggles this week: Successes, I am getting better quality sleep lately and I think that has a lot to do with me finally seeing some movement on the scale! I really haven't changed anything else! No complaints here haha

    Struggles - I really need to kick up the workouts. As soon as I plan to though, I catch my kids chest cold lol. I might attempt walking on the treadmill tonight, or something light.

    I changed my weigh-in date to be Wednesday. Using the scale at my work gym and Wednesday afternoons is a good time for me to get this done. With a long Holiday weekend coming up, the temptation to eat extra will be a struggle for me. My plan is to keep busy and out of the house/kitchen!

    Successes / struggles this week: This week has been great, which is why I was so disheartened by my weigh in. Even if I underestimated my food this week by almost 3,000 calories then I should at least be the same as last week (68.3kg). I would have had to eat over 10,000 extra calories than what I calculated for it to be right, lol. Soooo It's got to be some kind of fluctuation for whatever reason. I will just see how things go next week! :)
