    Thank you for posting your before and after pics. It's so inspirational. I also appreciate the comments you shared about your state of mind before and after. I've been working on weight loss since Feb. I've lost 7 lbs. I haven't added exercise yet -- just reduced calories and focused on adding more protein and vegetables to my diet. Cut out sugars, sweeteners of any kind, and grains. But the scale has not changed in 17 days. So I have to add some sort of exercise. Anyway, I was feeling frustrated -- but seeing your success story today gives me hope!

    Thanks! I still have work to do in the toning department, you can tell more in person, but I've noticed progress, so I'm hoping it continues
