Didn't lose as much as I thought I would this week so a little disappointed. I stuck to my food plan and tried to really hard not to go over. Oh well, hopefully next weigh in will be a little better.3 -

Successes / struggles this week: Didn't track very well last week and gained a few pounds. Going to start this month by being a little more active.
I lost all the water weight from previous week before plus more this week putting me at 9.2 lb loss. I was extremely shocked so I moved my scale to see if I still got same reading and I did. I will take it! This will probably mean I have a very low weight read next week. I am still walking/jogging daily for my 5K coming up in June. I do 45 minutes of Zumba 3 times a week plus weights 4 times a week.5 -

Targets for last weekstaying same
1 kg to loose - I lost 0.8kg 1.5 pound nearly in second week lost 3.5 pounds huray
20 km run per week I only had 2 runs 12.06+8.78= 20.84 in second week done 12+7.3+11.7+7 = 38 km
Stay eating healthy and 8 glasses of water - I think I done well I didnt eat much on sunday as I got bad news3 -

Successes / struggles this week: Had a great weekend. Hubby and I planted potatoes, onions, and radishes yesterday and then went bass fishing. Tonight we are having a small fish fry and having my parents over. This is also a struggle because I love fish, and we are having homemade potato salad. Easter Sunday is coming up so another family dinner and way too much food. I allow myself a cheat day every once in a while (like once a month) but two in one week is a no-no. Sunday after that we are hosting a birthday party for both my Mom and my sister. I think I have been optimistic with my goal for this month but I will do my best!

Successes/struggles this week: Did quite well for the most part in regards to eating within my limit, and I only had one day where the hunger pangs were hitting me real hard (from the moment I woke up, no less). As for struggles, being inactive due to my back problems still sucks when all I want to do is get out to the gym.3 -

But back in the saddle today. Started today with a 3 mile walk, hit my fitbit step goal by 3:00pm! Super motivated to kill it this week. I'm fairly certain I'm holding some water weight, so we'll see if I have a bit of a "woosh" in a few days.3 -

Successes / struggles this week: wanted to lose at least 2 to 3 lbs. I struggled later in the week and binged, I felt bloated and feel I have water weight from all the salt. I walked last week. I need to look at my behaviors and triggers when I eat. Late night TV watching and snacking is the culprit. When I fall down , I pick myself up and resume. This equals success and winning !!5 -

I changed my weigh-in date to be Wednesday. Using the scale at my work gym and Wednesday afternoons is a good time for me to get this done. With a long Holiday weekend coming up, the temptation to eat extra will be a struggle for me. My plan is to keep busy and out of the house/kitchen!2 -

Successes / struggles this week: This week has been great, which is why I was so disheartened by my weigh in. Even if I underestimated my food this week by almost 3,000 calories then I should at least be the same as last week (68.3kg). I would have had to eat over 10,000 extra calories than what I calculated for it to be right, lol. Soooo It's got to be some kind of fluctuation for whatever reason.
