Successes / struggles this week: Successes, I am getting better quality sleep lately and I think that has a lot to do with me finally seeing some movement on the scale! I really haven't changed anything else! No complaints here haha
Struggles - I really need to kick up the workouts. As soon as I plan to though, I catch my kids chest cold lol. I might attempt walking on the treadmill tonight, or something light.

I changed my weigh-in date to be Wednesday. Using the scale at my work gym and Wednesday afternoons is a good time for me to get this done. With a long Holiday weekend coming up, the temptation to eat extra will be a struggle for me. My plan is to keep busy and out of the house/kitchen!2 -

Successes / struggles this week: This week has been great, which is why I was so disheartened by my weigh in. Even if I underestimated my food this week by almost 3,000 calories then I should at least be the same as last week (68.3kg). I would have had to eat over 10,000 extra calories than what I calculated for it to be right, lol. Soooo It's got to be some kind of fluctuation for whatever reason. I will just see how things go next week!0 -

Successes / struggles this week: I haven't been in the mood to enter things into my food diary here. I had been weighing it though but dinner I had just been using a smaller plate. I also had an increase in cravings for sweet treats. I did get out to exercise though so I was sure I'd have had a slight weight loss. I decided to try weighing myself 3 times and got 3 different numbers. The difference in weight was negligible but I'm wondering if I need a new scale or not. I feel like if I step off and on in the span of 2-3 minutes, the numbers should be exactly the same. We'll see what happens next week.1 -
