    Slow process but getting there. Right direction at least. Was a tough week for dieting this week. Anniversary (our 45th) dinner Saturday and then our granddaughter's bday dinner on Sunday. Lost 1 lb so I'm a happy camper.

    Hi all, I would like to join too...started my exercise plan on April 1st anyway.
    Start weight 232 lbs goal weight 202, down 7.5 pounds already. Lots of hard work in the gym.

    CW 4/8/17: 206
    GW 7/1/17: 180

    Down 10.6lbs since starting but I have a total of 76 lbs I want to lose. Baby steps!

    Im gonna jump in on this! My birthday is June 4th. I wanna try an lose 20lbs by then! By not going over my calorie intake and cutting out soda ( I drink at least a case a day!)

    I'm in. I got on the scale this morning and saw that I had gained another 4 pounds. Have had some life changes so it was probably stress eating. My goal weight is to get back to 150. Right now I am 215. 30 pounds by the end of July would be wonderful

    Going really slowly here. Pounds just don't seem to want to move no matter what I do. Even cutting my calories to 1000 and exercising daily doesn't seem to work. Need to be more accurate with the weighing, measuring and tracking I think and take it all ONE DAY AT A TIME instead of thinking about the end result 25 lbs from now. Thanks for "listening".
