I changed my habite of my eating. I just ate food that was good for my illness. After one year I treated myself. Everybody was shocked. But I won. I thought you said you'd never been to a doctor?6 -

Some of the responses are here are down right rude. I think the poster is just trying to say, a healthy diet is important for over all health. Maybe they were a little exaguratede but I know I've always been taught healthy diet is the best way to stay out of a doctor's office and off medications. I'm also constantly seeing information about cancer fighting foods and such. Just saying
Eating healthy did nothing for me. 275lbs, always sick and tired. Vegetarian, too. I lost weight and varied my diet to include treats as well as nutritious foods. Healthier.
Eating "healthy" did not stop my parents from developing high blood pressure.
Eating healthy did not keep my parents away from the doctors.
Eating healthy did not save my mother from an excruciating painfully slow death of heart disease. She suffered for 28 years.
My sister currently has the exact form of heart disease... guess what? Her diet is nutritious, too. She goes to the doctors often.
Eating healthy did not halt my dads Alzheimer's.1 -

I'm simply restating information taught to me in school. Sorry if I offended you somewho. I'm co Stanton seeing different types of information stating that different foods considered healthy can aid in fighting different diseases and disorders. That is all I was saying. It wasn't an attack or saying y'all are wrong. But it may help others. Each person is different. That's all I'm getting at I guess. Is that every persons experience may not be the same and is different. I'm sorry your family has suffered from these diseases.0 -

If you were 275 pounds you were not eating healthy. Too much of ANY food will cause weight gain which is definitely unhealthy.
Eating a healthy diet will not prevent all diseases and lead to eternal life, however it will prevent or at least substantially delay a lot of the health problems that plague our society.0 -
But I told that from that time until now I have not gone to a doctor and I have changed my eating habits.
No need to tell a lie. There is no gift for me . Everybody is free to accept my words or not. There is no force to accept somebody's words.
I personally believe that we have a strong body that can treat our illness. I have found it from my body and my believe.suzannesimmons3 wrote: »khorshidnaz16 wrote: »I had a very bad Sickness, even Infection in my body.(my colon). So you lied when you said you eat healthy and "have never seen a doctor" you have by your own admission above seen doctors and even surgeons....

Well you did lie because you said you had never been to a doctor. And being in denial isn't the same thing as being cured or healthy.2 -
These are the kind of people that ultimately just kick the bucket 'cuz "beliefs", or they fail to have their children treated by modern medicine and end up killing them...1
