Hi I'm new to the fitness pal app but hoping this will help keep me motivated encouraged and on the right track. My family and I just went low carb a few weeks ago and it's been a struggle but my husband is doing amazing and the second I start feeling discouraged away today and lost almost 6 pounds I think we finally found something that worked for us!!!

Congrats on the loss! You should check out the Low-Carber Daily Forum group, phenomenal resources for low-carb everything, from the science to recipes to motivation. I'm only low-ish carb and I'm there every day.0
