To build muscle mass. you need to eat calorie surplus. you have to lift heavy weights that you can only do about 1 or 2 reps.
if you rep more than 10 reps you end up lean and burning more fat and won't see results i hope this helps0 -
Its just that brand, it sucks gets me everytime.0

dont worry about how you look the first two years of lifting just get strong

so I believed the lightheadedness was due to a skipped meal. I made myself a small grilled chicken salad.
It couldn't have been more than 30 minutes after I ate that I vomited, twice.
Maybe something in your salad was bad. I guess this is a tip that you shouldn't skip the meals & snacks you are used to.0 -

Hopefully not, after 5 years.TavistockToad wrote: »lemurcat12 wrote: »Really weird thread to reanimate.

I've recently tried it. Don't like it as much as the Biochem I was using (it is better than Quest, which I seem to be the only person who dislikes), but it's okay and so far no vomiting!0 -

protein overdose... no. honestly the timing could have just been a coincidence, as has already been mentioned. maybe your body doesn't react well to the ON brand... experiment with other brands if it continues. plus if you're trying to gain muscle mass, make a real shake - ditch the water, use milk, add fruit, peanut butter, etc. it'll taste much better as well.0

It might be completely unrelated to the protein, especially if you've been using it without any trouble for a while.1

At this point, OP either is doing fine, or is done for.1
