Wow, an amazing transformation! You look fantastic. I'm also mid transformation. Not just for appearance, but to maintain a healthier lifestyle. I was 4 lbs from the 200-lb mark at 5'3" tall. I'm down about 20. I call myself a 'WIP'... Work in progress!- can't wait to break into the 160s!6

Hey! So I purchased a treadmill in the beginning of January... I felt really excited to start running but also hella scared because I used to be fit and I had it in my head I would be able to run 6 miles at a 7.5 mph pace like I used too. But I came to my senses and I realized my body isn't what it used to be so I started at 5.0-5.4 mph mile and i would run about 2 or 3 miles for a month... and I gradually went up everyday... I am now running a 7.0 mile and that was less than 4 months ago I run 6/5 days a week and I also do the plank for 1:30 min everyday... it's really amazing how your body can transform with hard work and dedication... I also used to be a HUGE couch potato but now I limit my couch time and do more housework or I pick up extra shifts at work... also I didn't really change my diet for the 1st 2 months I just drank alcohol less but lately I've been eating less meat and eating a TON of veggies you'd be surprised how many meals you can cook with veggies I had no idea. But honestly if you drink a ton that's one of the things u need to limit8

I feel like I've gone through a similar journey that you have. I am also 5'6 and went from 205 to 165 between December and April. I did change my diet pretty drastically, though, but otherwise it's cool to see someone who has had a similar transformation as I have

Yes, I'm still trying. My goal weight is 155, almost there! Ironically, my goal was originally 145, haha. But my body is happier in the 150s2 -

For whatever reason, my belly seems to be my problem area. It has definitely and obviously shrunk, but the toning is taking some time. I'm pretty happy with my arms and legs, but that damn belly, though...1 -
