    I've had to miss a couple of days as I sliced my finger open on Sunday. Going to try to do day 17 of killer tonight and see how I get on. I'm determined to finish, but may be a couple of days behind!

    Day 19 and 20 I didn't get my wrkout in, but I did do alot of walking in. And house work. So I did get good exercise in. I am going to do my work out in today tho. So day 21 will be done
