4-13. 143 Day one of first 10 day cycle!
4-14. 143 Gonna stay the course and not get discouraged!
4-15. 143 Watching starchy carb intake and giving up sugar!
4-16. 143 Been strength training 3 days a weeks and power walking 5 and eating 5-6 small meals to keep metabolism fired up!
4-17. 143 Can anyone say plateau? I never want to see this number again---seriously!
4-18. 142 Yippy skippy the scale finally moved! 5 days left including today!
4-19. 142 staying focus staying the course!

4/13: 181.2 (I got 40 whole minutes of cardio in without stopping for a second!
4/14: 181.8 (I got in 60 WHOLE FREAKIN MINUTES without stopping! I am being treated for respiratory problems, so this is a huge huge huge accomplishment.... regardless of my scale disagreeing with me)
4/15: 182.0
4/16: Ahhh, couldn't weigh, I'm sorry!
4/17: 185.2 (Um, what?)
4/18: 184.0 (I don't know what on Earth caused this huge jump on the scale up, but we're coming back down, I guess, and all I can know for sure is that I can't skip the gym any more this week =p )
4/19: 180.6 (There we go! The damage of fast food and wine slooooowly leaving the body! Thank you @hillcrestbaby for your kind words earlier ^.^ )

I don't think I'll be joining for the next ten days, as I got too invested in my scale for the last 10 days and I don't think I'd handle another 10 days like this very well. 4/20~4/21: sideways progress on the scale but I knew my body was making adjustments. stomach growling constantly as I ate my calories and did my walks.
4/22: 226.6 (-7.3#, 3.2% lost of starting weight)1 -

don't give up, i had plenty of sideways days in my journey. daily scale weighs can be "dangerous" to expectations but I continue to do daily weighs. Water weight plays a big factor Your behavior, attitude and your stomach will tell you where your direction (up or down) is going. Please continue to participate either way. More is better
