I'm at 1200 because I'm just under 5' tall. I've lost 13lbs since February 12
-
2700-3000 to maintain depending on the time of year...around 2300-2500 while cutting weight.0
-
I'm at 1900 now, but usually 2100 and yes.1

1300 cals base , more if I exercise . I have it set to lose 1 pound per week. It's working for me0

I am always confused as to whether i eat too little or too much! I work out 7 days a week, boot camps, lifting, boxing, spinning (sometimes 2x a day) and am alwaysss hungry. Sometimes eating 2000+ calories0
-
When I did this before and was successful, I found that I absolutely could not set a goal lower than 1500 calories, because I physically couldn't eat so little. But 1600 - 1700 has been successful for me, and when I was exercising regularly I was probably eating closer to 2000 and losing weight thanks to the calorie burn.
I've started over (four years and two kids later) and I am setting my initial goal at 1620, to lose one pound per week.0 -
Down to 3200 and starting to
To find it hard0 -
all of them. but i'm not very successful, as i've heard there are still some available.0 -
currently at 2400 while cutting but finding it difficult some days. i may need to eat more calories.0

Arround 17000

I'm currently set at 2637/day. That includes my 5 days/wk 90 min workouts which are then added up, divided by 7 days a week and added onto my maintenance calories without exercise which is around 1900. I seem to stay at a stable weight around 2600/day as long as I don't slack on the exercise.0

Usually 1500 to 1600. I've been much more successful at this range than at a lower range.0

I'm currently around 1400 after going down from 1700 when I first started losing weight, might go up again0

I have MFP set at losing 0.5 lbs per week and it's set to about 1550 calories. My calorie intake differs per day. Yesterday was rest day and I have a desk job so I barely got just under 1300. Days I go to the gym may be up to 1800 calories. I refuse to go hungry lol0

1400/day to lose 1kg a week. So far lost 3.7kg over the last 27 days.1
-
Around 2000 Ave. daily per week right now... It does evolve depending on how I feel. Maintainance would be 2600 & my macros are 40/30/30 (P/F/C)0
-
1300, wish i could eat less but with a eating disorder thats really bad0
-
1500 to lose 2lb a week. 5'8 male, 162lb, 30yr old.0
-
~1700, lifting 5x a week, and HIIT cardio 5-6x a week and STILL hungry0
-
Currently MFP is set to 1400 a day (losing 1lb per week), but today is my first day and I was completely satisfied with 1200. We'll see if that continues when I get back to the gym!0
-
I was averaging about 1,000 a day but watched a youtube video and found out wow I am not eating enough and the girl had a link to her maco calculator and now I am eating 1355 calories a day and feel so so much better!!0
-
MFP is set for 2,700 a day (gain 1-2 pounds a week),which includes my job of being on my feet all day. However, I am a runner so the intake is above 3,000. Struggling to reach that many calories right now, but I'm getting closer0
-
I started at 1760 and that worked well for the first 75 pounds, now I am at 1500 with a total weight loss of 93 pounds. I don't get hungry because I choose bulky low calorie vegetables often. With a bad back I can't run but I started walking slow pace in the beginning, and now I can often do as much as seven miles in a day at about an 18 minute mile pace.0
-
1780 on days that I do not workout, and 2300 on days that I do workout.0
-
I set my goal at 1700 but usually eat closer to 1900 on average. I'm not losing. This is maintenance. In fact I might be gaining. I should check. (I'm really not a great example of success).1
