How long/often do you workout?

    I exercise every day ... in the last 2.5 years I have taken maybe about a half dozen days off, and even then I try to do a little bit of walking.

    My exercise varies from a 20 min walk to a 400 km (24 hour) bicycle ride. :)


    That said, my week usually includes walking as part of my commute, walking at lunch and walking or cycling after work. I might also throw in some stairs and weights.

    My weekends are when I do the long rides.

    Currently lift 1-3hrs. 4-6x/wk.
    Powerlifting. Long rest between sets. Time flys.

    I walk everyday but only 15 mins. I am still beginning to work out so for right now it is just walking and crunches. But I try to workout in the morning.

    So about 30 mins but mfp says I should workout at least 60 mins a day which isn't that hard.

    No longer then 90 minutes, 5 times a week, one day is boxersize for an hour

    The last month or so I am averaging about 90 mins a day, which is usually split into a morning and evening session.

    5-6 days a week.

    2-3 strength days- 30-60 minutes.
    2-3 running days- 45-80 minutes

    I run/lift/run/lift/rest then repeat.

    4-5 days cardio and 3 days seeing a trainer for weights. Of those three days one is a burn day, one is a strength day, and the last is a combo of both. All three days suck but it gets me the results I want!

    I do 60 mins which are split into 3x 20 mins throughout the day on my stationary bike every day unless I am walking into town, around and back which takes anywhere between 60-180 mins plus I have 2x 1kg dumbbells I use a lot throughout the day, everyday, not sure how long I use them as its very varied.
