I usually make breakfast in the morning but gunna have to start making it ahead. Just wanted to know some ideas. Thanks

I do a double batch and split into 4 servings. I make a different variation every time, so I don't get bored.5 -
I have been making Baked Oatmeal Muffins. I did apple cinnamon this weekend. Basic recipe you can add whatever you like from sweet to savory. I have got to where I use half the amount of sugar now. I find the original amount too sweet sometimes.
Baked Oatmeal
Makes 12 Muffins
Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats (I use old fashion)
1/2 cup brown sugar (I use 1/4 c.)
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup unsweetened applesauce (can use pumpkin or mashed banana)
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin tin or cupcake liner well. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, brown sugar and baking powder. Set aside. In another mixing bowl, combine eggs, applesauce, milk, vanilla and whisk thoroughly. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix. Scoop batter into prepared muffin tin. Bake for 30 minutes.15 -
I live on oats as well. Double batch steelcut which i portion out into tupperware for breakfast in the week. I mix up the fruit I add (while cooking) but really like adding cinnamon to every batch. I'll microwave and top it with eggs, kimchi, peanut butter, or yogurt.
I also have the instant packages on hand as backup.
Leftovers from the previous day are also on the menu.2 -
Muffin tin eggs.
Make them on Sunday for the week. I put lots of veggies and either turkey sausage crumbles or ham in them, or put anything you like in them. Shredded cheese is good in them too.
Bag them up in zip loc baggies and freeze. Take one out in the morning and by the time I get to work it is thawed out. Microwave for about 45 seconds to a minute.10 -
I do egg white frittatas, an 8" pan and a container of Kirkland egg whites with whatever veggies are in the fridge. Makes 4 servings. I also will do kale and protein powder smoothies and make a couple in advance.4

I boil eggs for the week. 1 hard boiled egg is enough to curb my hunger until lunch. Its boring, but its really helped me stay on track.4

I make a protein shake the night before. I use an honest tea glass bottle. On the weekends I just drink coffee with extra half and half in it.2

I'm really into making overnight oats, it's a life-saver. I usually make mine with some kind of nut butter for protein and workout fuel. On Sundays I'll put everything but the milk into 5 mason jars in the fridge so I can just throw the liquid in the night before and it'll be ready in the morning.

I have a very similar recipe that I'm eating all week:
60 grams oats
12 grams PB2
1 packet Stevia
1/2 cup almond milk
Then 15 grams mini semi sweet chocolate chips get dumped in right before I eat.1 -

Mostly hardboiled eggs and a big pot of steel cut oats that can be reheated. If I'm feeling ambitious, I'll bake a batch of wonton egg cups or baked proats on Sunday.3

Crock pot oats - 2 cups of old fashioned oats - 2 cups water - 2 cups milk (protein). Add 8 teaspoons Splenda, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cook on low about 3 hours. Cover & refrigerate. I like to slice 1/2 banana and heat with the oats. Then bananas get soft and mushy when cooked.1

I like sandwichs. Like cinnamon raisin bread toasted with a banana. Sometimes I actually slice the banana up and put it on the toast. Sometimes I just eat toast with a banana. We have a toaster oven at work. So it's convenient for me to just put 2 slices of bread in baggies and grab a banana. Also, it's super filling.2

Breakfast tacos. Make a big batch for dinner on the weekend - cook together eggs, sausage, onion, lots of peppers, beans, hot sauce. Wrap in tortillas, tin foil, then freeze and reheat during the week. Very filling and stops me from snacking in the mornings.
Trying to figure out if I can cut out the tortilla - it's a big proportion of the calories.4 -
Plain greek yougurt with berries (often frozen berries). If you prep it into wide-mouth jars, you can blend it smooth with a stick blender right in the jar. I'll buy the big tub of yogurt at Costco and divide it up into 4 jars, makes an easy grab-and-go breakfast. You could add protein powder if needed, and I'll add flavor extracts from time to time.3
