There's a spice company called Penzey's and in addition to all the normal spices and herbs, they have all different kinds of amazing flavor combos to shake all over your food. Many don't even have salt and they're still amazing.

    Thanks!!! Gonna see about it

I really hate spicy and mustard (all of the flavors). I am Puerto Rican and I used Adobo on almost everything. But, it's high in sodium. What other alternatives are there? I heard Mrs. Dash is really good and low to no sodium.

Adobo has a low sodium version out there. It has a light blue top.

I'm gonna have to order this online... as well as Chef Barbell's sazon with no salt. Never seen either of them but again never looked till now! You guys rock!!

I eat salsa on almost everything.... But I like my condiments too. I'm trying to cut back a little at a time.

Mayo, mayo, mayo. It will be my demise.

We cant help but make a sandwich smothered with mayo.

Even use to like using mayo instead of ketchup for french fries.

Weird, i know. but the SO and I LOVE mayo.

    Miracle Whip is the enemy.

Hot sauce, BBQ sauce, more hot sauce, hummous, mayo, worcestershire sauce, yet more hot sauce, balsamic vinegar... I love me some condiments. And a mahoosive sprinkle of nutritional yeast over everything as well.

I still eat 'em tbh, I just measure and these days I'm more likely to mix in some mayo with my hot sauce than have it on its own, since I get more saucy bang for my calorie buck that way. But like, you can take my mayo FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS. (Or just bury me with it. I'd be cool with that.)

I'm still a mayo monster too--BUT--The Kraft olive oil and garlic or Avacado mayo's are pretty good!

Mayo on chips (I mean, fries..) is a massive thing 'round here. Especially garlic mayo. Smothered in cheese that melts in with the fries and the garlicky mayo and... oh gawd, the calories in it would make you weep but it's garlicky cheesy heaven in a takeout box ;)

I'm not so much into bottled stuff so I like capers, cumin, mustard, horse radish, vinegar, paprika, ginger, cayenne pepper.
Got some new ideas from this topic now though.

When I was growing up, we were a house divided when it came to MW. My Dad preferred MW and my Mom and I were Team Mayo.

I like kimchi - spicy asian fermented cabbage condiment. It really perks up meats especially, and is very low calorie.

sometimes when I want mayo I mix like 5 grams of mayo + 10 grams of 0% greek yogurt, it's not the same but I like it!
I also tried greek yogurt + dried, powdered garlic as a dip

Greek yogurt is also a half-decent substitute for mayo to mix with Ranch powder
