I'm about a week and a half in with Fitness Blender's 8-week program for busy people. I like it because I don't have the patience for long workouts, unless it's a fun activity like hiking. Each day averages 30 minutes, which usually includes warm up and cool down. Anyway, today I'm feeling pretty good because I survived today's workout, which was rated one of their more difficult ones, and I burned over 200 calories. Woohoo!!
