    I got up at 430 this morning to run, but could not get into it, I made it 2.25 miles on 31 minutes, ugh. Maybe early morning runs aren't for me.Going to try again tomorrow since I have work, then scout things with my kids tomorrow night, followed by work again, so my only run time will be in the morning.

    I would like to start running in the mornings since it's going to be Sumner, will it ever get easier??? I hope so.

    Well, I'm really happy! I beat my goal weight by 1.9 pounds. I have had that final weigh-in for two days in a row so I feel that it's pretty solid. Woo hoo!

    I binged massively over the weekend so I am afraid to say I am at my starting weight today. But, at least I didn't gain any weight. And I had made some progress during this challenge. Bad weigh in this morning. I am focusing on the next challenge and I will do better!

    so I lost 16.4 pounds these 2 months, heres to progress like that again. April was a rough go for me, but weight loss is slow right?
