New group kicking off with a 10 week challenge. Set your own goal; check in every day to talk about it. Share games, quizzes, podcasts, writing exercises to talk about progress towards your goal. Support others as they aim to break bad habits.

Good morning
It's now 6:35am and I have done my 30 days exercise challenges. I feel good for doing it.
I did-
warm up
2 lots of squats
2lots of arm circles
1 lot of my 30 day exercises
Stretches to warm down.

It's "open enrollment" time for the challenge.
Still 6 weeks left. Join our group if you have a goal for July 10 and
you're the chatty type who wants to look a little more deeply into how your thoughts affect your eating.
