I'm happy at this weight but would rather it be my highest yo yo weight rather than the lowest.
Prefer to bounce between 52 and 54 than 55 and 57.

Happy to say goodbye to 220 numbers, all have been in the teens for 10 days running. Losses are slow, but seem to be consistent, so I will take it!

I'm posting the .8 this week to keep myself motivated, because last week I found myself disappointed not seeing any difference in the numbers I posted. I'm also 0.1 lb away from my "unicorn weight" of 138 lbs. {I haven't been able to go below 139 in all my previous attempts to lose weight. Last time I was 138 lbs. was 2011! So this is an important milestone for me. Granted this is the most consistent I've been with tracking my food intake and eating healthier. If I manage to get below 139 that would really give me the boost and confidence that I can reach my healthy weight/bmi and out of the overweight category.
