I take a multi, D/calcium, myoisitol (for my pcos), hairfluence (again pcos symptoms), cod liver oil and a probiotic1

I take a regimen for post bariatric patients. It includes a pregnancy multivitamin (folic acid), calcium, vitamin D, iron (to treat a known deficiency), and B12.
Black Cohosh (placebo) to help with hot flashes.

I take a lot of vitamins. Mostly because I'm vegan and know I don't get everything I need from my diet. I take: multi with iron, flaxseed oil, vitamin D, full spectrum amino acid, probiotic, calcium and some herbal stuff that probably doesn't do anything0

I've had gastric bypass so my vitamin regimen is nuts, but every day I take:
2 multis
4 calcium citrate +D3
4 ferro-sequel iron supps
b-12
b-1
magnesium
flaxseed oil
more D3
I'll take a probiotic if I remember.1 -
I'm taking vitamin d with calcium and vitamin c. I used to take a multivitamin but kept getting ill with colds etc. Since I started vit d and c only, I have had nothing. It may be a conincidence but I certainly feel better0

Just a regular multi vitamin so far, but may add other stuff after I meet with the doc0
