And I know that @bbell1985 what I'm saying is there's 3 sets of workouts for 1-4. Same with 5-8 and 9-12. What I was asking is do I only do the first set of 1-4 workouts one day and then the second one the next day and then the third one and then move onto 5-8? or do I do all of the 1-4 workouts everyday for 3 days a week for four weeks and then move onto 5-8. I'm sorry. I understand this shouldn't be that complicated but I asked my boyfriend and my sister and some other people and they didn't know either. Lol.0

Strong Curves consists of four separate programs (beginner, advanced, bodyweight, lower body)and each is 12 weeks long.. divided into weeks 1-4,5-8,9-12. You will start with workouts A,B,C 1-4 and run that for 4 weeks. Then move on to 5-8 A,B,C for 4 weeks etc. Maybe you are getting confused because you are looking at all four programs as one?

they may strengthen your muscles but weight is lost in a caloric deficit.you may build some muscle if you are in a surplus but using weights would be more beneficial if you are wanting to build muscle.you can do body weigh exercises and change how your body looks but you wont gain much muscle because your muscles wont be under the stress they need to grow like they would if you lift. you also dont need to do that many reps every day either. its kind of pointless if you ask me. but its your choice1 -

@livingleanlivingclean a lot better then before! I realized that I may be eating a lot but not as much calories as I thought. You guys were right and I should've listed. I keep forgetting to pay attention to it sometimes. Lol. But I'm starting to get it. Ive actually been doing a lot of research and stuff. I just made a grocery list and found a lot of foods with good amount of calories so I'm super excited to get some stuff and start working on myself. Thank you!2

Eating. Boobs are a lot of fat, as well as glands, so increasing overall body fat will likely increase the size of your boobs. (that said, I lost mine from losing lots of weight and even when I regain fat they don't get anywhere close to the size they were)2 -
@livingleanlivingclean I have no boobs as it is so I'm scared if I workout I'll loose them. What kinda of bras and stuff should I be wearing when I workout by the way? Cuz I heard that certain one could make them sag. Idk if that's true or not. I mean I don't really have the boobs to worry about that. Lol. But if they do get bigger in my life at all I want them to look nice.0

For weight training it's kind of irrelevant as you're not bouncing around... I just wear crops with padding so I don't look completely flat
You only lose them from being in a deficit.... When you lose fat. You shouldn't lose them from training whilst in a caloric surplus which you need to be in if you want to gain weight.1 -
You are soooo over thinking this. Join a gym and have a trainer set up a weightlifting program, then talk to a dietician so that you make sure you are fueling your workouts properly.1

depends on if you have dense breast or fatty breast. I have dense breast and they didnt get bigger when I gained almost 70 lbs, and the only thing that went down when I lost weight(44lbs so far) was my band size. cup size is still the same. they've been the same size since I was 13.heck even when I was pregnant for my kids they didnt go up much either went from a 38B to a 32C.2 -
Mine like always change. Some days I can wear like a 34 b and other days there smaller. Lol. I just never wear bras tbh unless I'm going out somewhere or to work or something.0

They were taken from magazines, but Pinterest isn't any better than a magazine. You were given a link to a thread with tons of great lifting programs. You're just going to have to lift and eat more. You're going to gain some fat and in the end you'll be happy you put up with the fat gains.1 -

There are way too many reps to be achieving your goals you have stated. These exercises will build endurance perhaps, but to gain weight and muscle you need to be doing a progressive lifting program.... as others have already mentioned

In OP's defense, if she's a total beginner, the Strong Curves PDF may not be explanatory enough.
OP, @kaykay6676, I borrowed the Strong Curves book from the library (didn't want to buy right away) and I've had it for six weeks now. If you have access to the library, this is a great option, as the book explains the workouts in detail and gives you exercise alternatives, nutrition information, science behind the workouts, etc. I highly recommend the program. I am pregnant and have been doing a modified version and have already noticed more definition and changes in my lower body. I will most likely buy the book when I can't renew it anymore.1 -
Your posting says "Exhausted, no breaks". But the conversation is about doing cardio versus strength. I'm wondering if part of the problem is too much exercise, not enough focus on what you are eating. And maybe not looking at all on REST. It's the big buzzword now with competitive athletes, who are now talking about sleep and rest days sometimes more than the actual workouts.
Your body does need time to recover from exercise. It doesn't have to mean one day on/one day off..although it can. But if you are constantly pushing without recovery, you won't like the results. Rest is GOOD for you!2
