I am super thrilled with my April progress!
I have one week left in a 10 week program - the goal that I set when I started out was to lose 30 lbs in 10 weeks... clearly that isn't going to happen, but I am still proud of myself. I faithfully tracked calories & 60 min of cardio 5x week, plus I started up with a running club... I am going to learn how to run! My goal with running is twofold: Run to Quit- which means "quit smoking" & to complete a 5k walk/run in July. I began this as a sedentary, depressed person... now I am active and looking forward to the future! Believe me, I still have days when I'm tired, sore and wonder if I can keep pushing... but instead of listening to the negative voices, I say " you can do it, just keep trying". Can't wait to see what happens in May!!8 -

This was NOT a good month for me. So much stress...and with the stress comes the stress eating. So fed up.
You and I are on the same page when it came to April. Very stressful month for me, stressful eating as well. And the female bloating was another challenge for me too.! Ugh! I hope May has better days ahead for us!0 -

Lost a total of 3 pounds. The month of May will be better.
I have to find a better way, better yet push myself to continue exercising and eating right even when it is pouring down raining/flooding.
My wake up call was when my face started breaking out at the end of last week. I'm officially back on my no meats, bread, and/or dairy lifestyle change. Basically trying to cut down on my hormones intake.4 -
