Shut the front door. I am going to pay off a couple of bills so that I can budget for a trainer/class/SOMETHING to get me lifting weights.

    Thanks for the inspiration.

You are either naturally gifted, or just a lot more hardcore than me, because those results in just 4 months put me to shame for sure! It takes me forever to get those kind of results. Awesomeness! <3

This is very inspiring and EXACTLY why I am looking to get into weight lifting.

Cardio just isnt for me. I like running here and there, but I get bored with it all pretty quick. Going to the gym 4 days a week and running on the treadmill for an hour? 2 weeks in and I make a million excuses why I cant go anymore.

Hopefully I fall in love with weightlifting just as you have!

You look fantastic. I hate to be a crossfit evangelist, but it totally changed my body and mind as well. Working out is a highlight of my day, not a chore, and I can do things I couldn't even do as a kid. I love the functional fitness!
Enjoy your buff self and keep kicking *kitten*!

A-MEN! I go at 5:30 am every morning. You wouldn't have caught me dead doing that a year ago. But, it seriously is the part of my day when I can focus on ME instead of being a mom, wife, or teacher. I love it!
