Competitive (natty) female bodybuilder here!
Bulking until the beginning of Q4 and then cutting for May 2018 run at Pro. Working hard to put up big numbers (hit 300 Club recently). Staying lean during this bulk (size 4/6; 157lbs; 5'8"; 20%) and managing to put on size and increase strength. Feel free to add me.
Hey... good luck! I am doing my first comp this November - Figure. BB is just not for me but I'm too muscular for Bikini. I am doing the same... maintaining while building and will do a slow cut for about 8 weeks prior to the comp.

Been weight training for years, but recently got more serious about it, meaning, I cleaned up the eating part and all the muscles started to show.
I weight train almost every day..only take one day off. Train one muscle per day.0
