    I am joining in on this late ... and the earlier part of the week is crap, but hoping to make it up over the weekend!

    I'll post today when I am done. Hopefully this will help keep me accountable. I work primarily from home and sit basically all day, but I just started MyFitnessPal *officially* yesterday. I am using my Apple Watch to track my steps.
