Lost 18 pounds in 21 days....53 more to go

I was 221 lbs 3 weeks ago. I did cold turkey 100% change in eating and life style. I reduced my caloric intake by more than 50%. It hasn't been hard for me because healthy food is delicious to me. Not drinking calories has been the hardest part for me so far. I have not done any except use. I lost 18 pounds in 21 days so far. I plan on getting to 150lbs. I will post pics of my results and he scale along the way

    I don't want to be *that person*, but just make sure you're eating enough and staying healthy, alright? Losing 18 pounds so quickly is kind of concerning!
