Do we call guys gorgeous nowadays? It sounds so.................. um sorta kinda too feminine. I'm not using it. Just sayin'. I'll stick to handsome.

i think gorgeous is completely acceptable for men or women... some men could also be described as beautiful - tyson beckford for example - but beautiful is more feminine IMO.2 -

I know! I know! *raises hands* Most of the faceless guys are not that attractive though. Hence, not showing the face in the first place.
@BreezyPeezy5 I just hate pics of my face, that's why I don't do it....
But here are a couple pics w/ the ugly mug.
Dude never top knot again with short hair!
Otherwise damn... I'm jealous How old are you may I ask?0 -

It keeps it out of my eyes when I lift
I'm 39. 40 in October1 -
Seriously impressive. If I can be in that shape before I reach 35 i'd be absolutely delighted.0
-
You can.1
-
I should re-phrase... I hope to be in that shape before I am 35. (I'm currently predominantly a runner but will be taking up lifting again next year, just after my 30th birthday, as I have a few marathons before then)1
-
Oh. Yeah u need to lift.
I don't really do cardio0 -

Yeah I have to or it can cause me to hold water. So I will look softer / not as sharp.
If I take in a lot of fat. Then that will also cause me to hold water. I do better with carbs

Well that's good since u run. I would encourage that. But I would strongly encourage heavy lifting as well.
I for the most part have one heavy day and one volume day for each muscle group1 -

well the calories and macros I go with, will not work for everyone....
Right now I have my calories set to ~2600
Protein is at 200 gr, so I usually do around 1.2 gr per pound of body weight
Fat is at ~70 gr, so about 0.4 gr per pound of body weight.
Carbs I have around 300 gr, I slide this up and down depending on my goals. but for now it is around 1.8 gr per pound of body weight.....as summer gets closer, I will drop to 1.5 gr.0
