I know! I know! *raises hands* Most of the faceless guys are not that attractive though. Hence, not showing the face in the first place.
@BreezyPeezy5 I just hate pics of my face, that's why I don't do it....
But here are a couple pics w/ the ugly mug.
Dude never top knot again with short hair!
Otherwise damn... I'm jealous How old are you may I ask?
It keeps it out of my eyes when I lift
I'm 39. 40 in October
Wait! What?!?!?! Wow! You are definitely hotter now. I thought you were late twenties early thirties.
@BreezyPeezy5
☺️☺️thank you.
I wish I were still in my 20's

It's nothing I didn't know but now I need to be a bit more focused
The other problem is to much party drinking on the weekends but I think I can solve that with cardio0 -

Ok, well just FYI, something about me.
I have never tasted alcohol in my life. So I don't drink.
You can drink in moderation, but to much and you are gonna hinder your goals.0 -

I'm so glad my name wasn't mentioned. I will NOT be treated like a piece of meat and objectified :P3

Anything more than 10km is going to start to hinder muscle growth, it will smash calories though...0 -

So I shouldn't run more than 10K or I will stop growing muscles???0 -

That's ok my focus is leaning out not getting bigger although I'm sure there is a hormonal penalty for the running0 -

Not exactly, however it does start to slow down muscle growth as you're concentrating on fat burning and muscle endurance... It however does not stop muscle growth, but does slow it.
Combining weightlifting and distance running in the same program is the best bet if you want to cut fat, hold onto or gain some muscle mass, all the while staying in running shape.
Combining both also means that you won't be able to gain muscle as quickly or shave off times as quickly, instead still improving on both at a slower time.2 -
I'm gonna go ahead and assume that the takeaway from this thread is that Dan and Max are the ideal man? I'm having trouble with the subtlety lol.2

And that the rest of us have a lot of work to crack on with to get even close!!!0 -
Only problem... DUDE LEG DAY!0

I have went back and forth on if he did or did not use roids.
I am kinda of the mind he didn't.
I know the Rock does....but Zac isn't a very tall guy. So you slap muscle on someone with a compact frame....and he has been working out a while....then you do a "peak week" diet leading up to the "Big" shot in the movie, and you get that pic.....0 -
I'd bet there was some mild trt dosing ^0

Not sure if that would do it.
TRT only brings you up to "normal" levels...wouldn't be enough to pack on a lot of muscle.
You are better to do a cycle of steroids.
Keep in mind, he has now been lifting for a while....he is only 29 and stands 5'8"
With a smaller frame it is easier to look "big" and muscle more dense....vs. someone like me at 6'1"0 -

Plus a shizz load of make up to improve contouring. Jeff Cavalier did a good video on it (the training & cut etc not the make up!)0 -
Yeah get a tan, that makes a big difference.0

@TavistockToad
I made another one, but the lighting is really crappy compared to the first one I did.0 -
