Food staples you always have at home

I'm getting ready to go grocery shopping, and I wanted to hear which foods are staples in your home. Currently mine are corn tortillas, shredded cheese (easier to measure), halo tangerines, apples, bananas, broccoli, eggs, onions and peppers to saute.

I like having things like to grab when I'm starting to feel hungry (i.e bananas, apples etc.)

All kinds of stuff...we primarily cook all of our meals and brown bag breakfast, lunch, snacks, etc so we pretty much have everything on hand all of the time and shop once per week.

    Eggs
    milk
    cheese
    almonds
    greek yogurt
    wild caught salmon filets
    wild caught cod filets
    shrimp
    canned salmon
    canned tuna
    chicken
    steaks
    ground beef
    a variety of vegetables
    greens
    apples
    a variety of berries
    canned tomatoes
    fresh tomatoes
    beans
    lentils
    potatoes

IDK...I'm probably barely scratching the surface here...

Often on my shopping list: milk, apples, eggs, canned beans (black, kidney, chickpeas), canned crushed tomatoes, bananas, lettuce/spinach, frozen salmon, chicken breast, rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes

I cook a lot. I add things to the list as we run out of them, or I plan my meals for the week and pick up what I need.

    -String cheese
-Small packs deli meat 90-100 cal each already weighed so it's fast
-Pickles - then save juice when done & slice cucumbers, cauliflower, peppers onions etc and put them in the juice(might have to add a touch of water to fully cover), let chill in fridge a day or two -awesome quick snack and way cheaper
    -foil packs tuna, chicken,salmon
    -individual packs flavored nuts
    -oatmeal
-bulk meat separate into weighed portions and freeze (can cook first for extra fast later)
-cooked chicken breast slices or chunks (frozen)
    - small cans tomato sauce and/or tubes tomato paste to make individual servings easier to make

So much stuff others have listed.

Milk, eggs, bread, greek yogurt, PB2, cheese (shredded and string cheese), bananas, halos, broccoli (frozen), green beans, (frozen or canned), canned tomatoes (sauce, crushed, and diced), canned fruit in juice (peaches, pears, and pineapples), boneless skinless chicken breasts, ground beef, boneless porkchops, white rice (my husband is half Korean), ice cream sanwhiches (150 to 170 calories depending on the brand- my typical sweet treat), and cookies

Most other stuff I just fill in as needed. I am usually buying some kind of "junk" food as well, I have 2 kids that love it! So brownies or chips often make the list. (probably not what OP was looking for though LOL)
