I'm 4'10 and weight has always been a struggle because any gain or loss shows so much.
I've just re-started my journey. Im 154, wanting to be 134 by September and eventually 115 or less. I've never been smaller than 115, but it'd be amazing to see how far i can push myself!
Being so small means that the 1200 minimum isn't too much of a deficit, so it takes us much longer to lose.
It'd be nice to add people with similar weight to lose (about 40lbs)

I can relate to the 1200 minimum meaning it takes us longer to lose weight. I share your end goal but am at a different starting point.0

5 2' . Eating 1200 kcal is so hard and losing the weight is so slow. A lot of my taller friends tell me I dont eat enough3

Don't give up...stay strong! Diet & Cardio is the key!1

I am 5'1" and maintain around 118 but always working to get to 115. I walk 6 miles a day and I'm 71. I am working on kicking up my proteisvand cutting down my carbs. I've been a lifetime Weight Watcher for 31 years but I still track my food every day. The journey is never over but I do feel good!6

I forgot to say my calorie goal is 12001

I'm a shorty and on 1200/day as well. I think what irritates me most is if I eat under 1000 just because I wasn't hungry, MFP goes all red on me and says I'm not eating enough so I'm penalised. Come on! Anyone else that has a deficit of 200 on a day wouldn't get a nasty gram like that. I tend to have days where I don't eat much and days I eat a lot, I just try to stick to weekly goal. I'm not trying to lose weight, mostly maintain as I am on weight gaining medication so I know my BMR will be affected and I'll have to eat less.4

5ft 1, looking to lose 30lbs for my first target!0

5'1, looking to shed 70 pounds. Love how noticeable it is when I lose 6 pounds, don't love the razor-thin deficits at lower weights, ha.2
-
5'1" as well...Looking to lose about 50lbs to get back down to a normal weight for my tiny frame. It's a slow process but I didn't gain the weight in a few months, I won't lose it for in a few months. Keep your head up, we're in it together.1

@_tannyw I'm 5ft, 180 pounds, and looking to see how 30 pounds of weight loss affects my physical appearance. Feel free to add me as a friend!3

Wow I never thought I'd feel like the tall one in a group at 5'4" I am 1lb away from halfway to my first goal of a 50lb loss. I log daily, maintain my calories at 1200 and try to have a 1000 calorie daily deficit. Please feel free to add me!6

5'0" here. I practice 5:2, so I eat around 1400 on my normal days and 700 on my two lower days. I want to lose 15-20 lbs more. My starting weight was 120 and my goal initial goal was 98 but I going to see how I feel at 100 before I go any lower.1

5'8 here. Currently 208 looking to get to 160 and see where I need to go from there.0

4'8. 164.5. Goal 120-130 to start. Have lost 14 lbs in 45 days.4

5ft here in U.K. The struggle is real. My goal is also 115lbs1
-
5'7 here. Currently 184, down from 211 in Oct. No goal weight in mind but I don't think I can ever be below 175. With my body type I'd look unhealthy and probably be miserable trying to maintain.0

i'm not in the process of losing weight anymore, i'm maintaining, but if anyone is interested in camaraderie, you can add me. I'm 147cm (4.7'-4.8'?)and weigh roughly 42kgs (92-93lbs)2

5ft 4, have lost 28lbs since August and around the 40lb mark since I first started with MFP. I've always had the problem of weighing heavier than I look. Normal BMI charts have had me in the red since I was about 12 years old. Even when I was a UK size 12, I was still in the red. Last time I was in the green I had an eating disorder and looked like I would snap if you nudged me. So I don't want to be there again. I don't use a weight based BMI chart anymore. I use the Ashwell Shape Chart instead. I think it's far healthier. http://www.ashwell.uk.com/shapechart.htm3
