Successes / struggles this week: Losing my freaking mind. In the past 7 days I have been on-target or lower for my calories 6 times, and over by <50 calories once. I haven't really changed any of my habits at all. I even recalculated (lowered) my calorie goal after day #2, fearing I'd hit a plateau. Still, I gained weight on 6 of the 7 days, with a meager 0.2 loss on the odd day out. Compared to my previous 2 months or so of consistent loss, I'm just clueless. The effort hasn't been changed, why are the results changing? About ready to just stop caring. This is beyond frustrating. I've been a weight losing machine, and now it appears the machine is broken but I can't see anything wrong with it. A day or two is one thing, but a solid week of gains despite doing the right thing....

Challenges I've already faced : Every time I go out with people, they buy me things like fast food or soda. It's a nice thought though I wished they would stop.3 -

Successes / struggles this week: Been pretty preoccupied and didn't get this posted on Monday, but I did weigh in. Challenge group is going well and I moved up to the next level in my workout. Side note: I am sore! lol. It is a great feeling of accomplishment2 -
@Wolfger Do not get too discouraged. A plateau is probably what you have officially hit. Your body has gotten use to your routine and you are probably going to have to shake things up a bit to start a loosing streak again.1

Successes / struggles this week:I have been feeling really hungry this week but managing to keep food close to goal. This week my youngest has the snots and cough so I haven't been able to go to the gym with her(daycare won't even except kids with snots). So my mom has been watching her while I run outside or Nights when we don't have kid activities I have gone to the gym. I like routine so this bothers me but I'm making it work. Today my mom can't watch kiddo in the morning and we have a school event in the afternoon. So I gotta squeeze in my workout in the evening. I don't like to run too many days in a row(it's hard in my bad ankle), so I will def be going to the gym to use the elliptical, rather than run outside. I am getting SOOOO close to being in the 120s again. I do progress pictures and measurements on the 2nd of every month, I am really excited to see the difference. I really feel FINALLY some of my stubborn belly/sparetire/baby leftovers are starting to melt away.3 -
